4Sight was founded by Dr Stuart Carmichael who is responsible for the international business and works with a multiskilled team of independent delay, quantum, commercial and contractual experts.

Stuart has more than 30 years’ experience in the Construction industry and specialises in project controls, programme, change and claims management, project recovery and dispute resolution..

Stuart is a certified Forensic Planning and Delay Expert (TAE) and has been appointed as a testifying independent expert witness at numerous International Arbitrations across the world. Stuart has also implemented project recovery and mitigation/ acceleration strategies on many complex international projects.
